TRITON GROUP : GLOCON appointed Miss Louise Taechaubol and Mr.Chairat Benjamano on Board as New Directors, effective as from 18/6/2020

Global Consumer Public Co., Ltd. GLOCON informed to Security Exchange of Thailand that on 18 June 2020, the Board of Directors’ meeting has passed resolution to appoint Mr.Chairat Benjamano and Miss Louise Taechaubol directors of the company to replace the vacancies, to be effective as 18 June 2020. The meeting also approved its Financial Statement for year 2019 ended at 31 December 2019 which has been audited by certified public accountant and has unanimously approved to proceed for consideration of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting for year 2020
