TRITON GROUP : TRITON – GLOCON Charity for Society

Tue 7 Dec 2021, Miss Louise Taechaubol, Chairwoman of TRITON HOLDING PUBLIC CO., LTD and GLOBAL CONSUMER PUBLIC CO., LTD. has delivered hundred items of household stuffs jointly donated by the company executives and staffs for further transfer to the disadvantaged children under patronage of Camillion Home. Khun Nont, Home attendant, Master Karn and Master Peter have acknowledged receipt of all donated items. Currently, Camillion Home takes care 95 disabled children who are abandoned by their parents.

Camillion Home is a registered non-profit children’s charity operating on behalf of the St. Camillus Foundation of Thailand, located in Lat Krabang, Bangkok. The Home was initiated by Father Giovanni Contarin, an Italian Priest, since 1987. It targets orphaned and abandoned children who have disabilities and serious illness. Its target is to serve as a model in caring for vulnerable children with special needs by implementing the activities to stimulate development i.e. rehabilitation through physical activities, meditation, self-help training activities for daily routines, activities that promote socializing, physical therapy, art therapy, and other therapeutic activities. The activities have supported disabled people to live in the community , not to face embarrassment, discrimination and misconception from the general public.
